Recruiting and Staffing Services
We provide technical staffing services for contract, contract-to-perm, and permanent assignments to meet the IT needs of medium to large business, and Fortune 500 corporations. Our staff combines 30 years of IT industry expertise, and vast array of technical resources, to provide optimum results when there are peaks in client staffing requirements. We will perform an analysis of all potential clients' resource challenges, in conjunction with their future initiatives to determine what solutions will best service their needs. The goal of this analysis is to ensure that all clients receive solutions that best solve their IT challenges. Our associates thoroughly understand the businesses of IT and staffing, as well as the culture and environment surrounding our client’s business. In addition, we offer rapid recruiting services, scrupulous screening, and testing processes to deliver the highest quality IT talent, with a “time to market” advantage over our competitors. Whether or not clients decide to hire a resource, Lucid associates can offer assistance with planning strategies for staffing requirements, including salary surveys, market trends, resource availability and projected costs for future initiatives. Our technical focus is on the higher end of the IT spectrum of services. This includes, but is not limited to: ERP software implementations such as SAP, Peoplesoft and Oracle, new dimensional software development utilizing JAVA, MSSQL and .NET. We also compete effectively in the fast growing areas of Project/Program Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Change and Risk management and Global Go To Market strategy.
Screening and Assessment
At Lucid one of our main differentiators is our collective experience in screening and assessing Information Technology assets. The owners have a combined 35 years of technical recruiting experience and our recruiters have an average of 10 plus years of experience. This allows us to bring together a myriad of tried and true methods to weed out the high caliber candidates from the rest of the talent pool. We conduct criminal, credit and educational background checks upon request. Finally, we do not present candidates to our clients until collecting recent peer and management level references. One of the more unique offerings we provide is self-assessment. We encourage our clients to assess our performance based on conversion ratios. For each position we service, we typically produce 2 to 3 candidates, have our client interview 1 to 2 of them and make offers that are accepted 90% of the time. We are able to capture these metrics with our internal tracking systems and push this information to our clients upon request. This saves our customers significant time and money, as these ratios are far superior to most if not all of our competitors. This thorough assessment and screening process does nothing to negatively impact our speed to market. We can typically produce qualified candidates within 24 to 48 hours of initiating a search. We encourage the development of strategic partnerships with our clients and endeavor to outsource the majority of the work that goes in to identifying and hiring critically skilled Information Technology resources for our customers.
Project Solutions
Another strategic offering we provide to those customers who prefer a more centralized approach is Project Solutions. Over the last 20 years we have worked with a wide array of talented Program and Project Managers, Architects and individual contributors in the information technology field. Many of these IT professionals have worked together in teams and have referred us their colleagues as a result of our superior service. They have worked for end clients and Tier One consulting firms, gaining strong expertise in many different structured methodologies and development environments. Although we cannot profess to have formal success stories around large project delivery, we have found that those customers that have strong internal project management and a desire to maintain internal project control can benefit tremendously from utilizing our project team approach.
